6 days to go

6 days until we are headed back to Bellingham unless we have the babies before. So Kelli is now 34 weeks and 1 day. She will still have to stay in the hospital until we have the babies. Some doctors and nurses say that we will have Lucy and Madeline within a week and other say they don't know. We do feel blessed that it seems that everything is going to be OK with the girls they may just need a little breathing or feeding help to start their lives, but most likely nothing long term. Kelli has actually lost 5 pounds since she has been here in Everett but the nurses don't seeem to be too worried and she is still eating as much or more than she was in the past weeks. We are going to ask the doctor tomorrow morning. Babies still seem to be completely healthy which is awesome! I went in to Bellingham today and went to work and Kelli's mom came and stayed with her. Now I am back in Everett and hanging out in the room again. Kelli and I began trying to prepare for Advent last night. We read about peace and talked about how can we have peace with this situation and also began to understand more of what it means to wait for what is "coming" because we can't wait to meet our daughters. This has definitely given us new perspective on how we should prepare for the coming of Christ in these times leading up to the celebration of that very thing. He hope that you all are doing well and getting prepared for Christmas as well.

I got a 34 week pic of Kelli as we were riding to see the newborn Intensive Care unit.
